Milwaukee Protein Processing Plant

Located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin—the state’s largest city with a population of over 590,000 and situated on the southwestern shore of Lake Michigan—Cargill’s Milwaukee facility plays a vital role in the regional and national food supply chain. Proudly employing a diverse workforce of approximately 200 team members, the facility is located in the heart of Milwaukee County.

Our plant specializes in producing fresh beef, ground beef, and value-added meat products for some of the largest grocery retailers in the U.S., primarily through private-label brands. At Cargill Milwaukee, we prioritize food safety, product quality, and employee well-being, ensuring every product meets the highest standards.

Cargill is also deeply committed to community engagement.
