Marshall Protein Processing Plant

Populated by just over 13,000 people, Marshall is a small town located in the heart of Missouri, between Kansas City and St. Louis. Cargill’s Marshall facility was founded in 1972 as a pork harvest facility, transitioning to case-ready production in 2001. Employing approximately 620 Cargill team members, the facility provides fresh beef, pork, ground beef, and value-added products to some of the largest grocers across the country through private-label brands.
