Principal Accountabilities
- Must be capable of documenting all assigned and unassigned work.
- Must be able to complete all Cargill’s qualified safety training courses
- Must display a positive attitude and a good work ethic
- Must be able to take direction and perform routine tasks under the guidance of a mentor
- Must be able to follow direction from supervisors and managers and when applicable be able to provide recommended solutions.
- Recommend measures to improve efficiency and troubleshooting of equipment
- Adhere to all company and plant policies
Required Qualifications
- Legal to work in the US
- 18 yrs old or older
Preferred Qualifications
- High school trade school or equivalent focusing on HVAC / Refrigeration.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic blueprints, drawings and documentation.
