Job Purpose and Impact


The Customer Care Representative will support customer service activities for a single team. In this role, you will handle order and account management for customers including but not limited to optimizing and monitoring shipping and returns, such as processing complex orders from customers and resolving order or delivery issues.

Key Accountabilities

  • Maintain multiple systems and relationships that meet customer requests, as well as other databases related to order and account management.
  • Inform customers about order status, documentation and other information needed to complete the inquiry.
  • Execute strategies to drive efficiencies and enhance customer experience. 
  • Provide support to improvement projects and commitments requiring a basic understanding of customer service practices and procedures.
  • Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office 


Preferred Qualifications

  • SAP experience 
  • Salesforce experience

  • This a hybrid position located in Wichita, Kansas,  Saint Clair, Michigan or Wayzata, Minnesota
