Job Purpose and Impact
The Transportation Business & Data Analyst will enable improved decision making and value creation by providing data visibility, digitization, and process improvement to support business transportation sourcing goals. In this role, you will create and maintain dashboards and reports, conduct ad-hoc analysis, and partner with multiple stakeholders to identify and act on insights to drive value for the North America region.
Key Accountabilities
- Lead projects and create analytic products to reduce cost and continuously improve processes in the transportation and logistics areas, to effectively manage data and technology challenges, upgrades, and transitions.
- Implement moderately complex projects, process improvements, and impact management to drive continuous improvement across the organization.
- Lead the creation and execution of projects, support the team, and perform internal audits of the transportation sourcing operations processes, while using a thorough understanding of data and analytics practices and procedures to report on processes and ensure best practices are shared among stakeholders.
- Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
- Develops and delivers multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.
- Drives results in dynamic environments by adapting to changing priorities and revolving challenges with innovative solutions.
- Plans and prioritizes work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals.
- Influences outcomes and builds alignment across teams without formal authority by leveraging data, relationships and business acumen.
- Proactively identifies opportunities for improvement and applies curiosity to learn new processes, tools or insights that enhance performance.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of two years of related work experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in transportation and logistics or supply chain activities
- Experience querying, analyzing, and deriving insight from data.
- Experience with SQL, KNIME Tableau, or Power BI.
- Experience with stakeholder management.
- Lead and create analytical projects and products.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS
• Location: MN-Wayzata; Relocation assistance is not provided for this role
• The business will not sponsor applicants for work visas for this position
• Minnesota Sick and Safe Leave accruals of one hour for every 30 worked, up to 48 hours per calendar year unless otherwise provided by law.
• The expected salary for this position is $65,000-$85,000. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location, certifications, education, and level of experience. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance.
