Job Purpose and Impact

The Print Center Customer Service Representative will support a moderate scale of customer service activities for a single site team. In this role, you will contribute to optimizing and producing print and graphic collateral materials for all Cargill-NA businesses, including processing complex orders from customers and resolving time and production issues. Ability to complete a print project from order receipt to finished delivery.

Key Accountabilities

  • Maintain systems and relationships that meet customer and co-worker demand, as well as other databases related to order receiving and inform appropriate staff of inventory level needs.
  • Operate and maintain production printers and printshop bindery equipment to complete projects.
  • Inform customers about project status, and other information needed to complete project.
  • Provide support to projects to ensure they follow at least a minimum level of Cargill Brand compliance.
  • Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite tools. 
  • Ability to lift 50lb carton of paper.

Preferred  Qualifications

  • Proficiency in: InDesign, Acrobat, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Experience in a print shop or copy center environment, using and maintaining production printers and bindery equipment.

Position Information

  • Relocation assistance will not be provided for this position.
  • This is an onsite job in Wayzata, MN
  • Minnesota Sick and Safe Leave accruals of one hour for every 30 worked, up to 48 hours per calendar year unless otherwise provided by law.
