Job Purpose and Impact

We’re looking for a dynamic and creative Integrated Brand Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team. This role is central to bringing our brand to life through strategic marketing campaigns, public relations, experiential activations, and more. The ideal candidate is a collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a keen eye for brand storytelling. 

Key Accountabilities

  • Brand Campaign Execution: Partner with the brand team in the execution of integrated brand marketing campaigns, partnering with cross-functional teams (including shopper marketing, digital, and product marketing) to ensure cohesive messaging and delivery across all consumer touchpoints. 
  • PR & Experiential Marketing: Support the development and execution of public relations efforts and experiential activations to drive brand awareness and engagement.. 
  • CRM & Email Marketing: Manage the brand’s CRM system and oversee the development, scheduling, and performance of brand email campaigns. 
  • Influencer Program Support: Contribute to the planning and execution of influencer marketing initiatives, including partner identification, content collaboration, and performance tracking. 
  • Brand Guidelines Management: Maintain and update brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms and teams. 

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum requirement of 2 years of relevant work experience. Typically reflects 3 years or more of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in delivering branded content 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Proficient in working with creative teams, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders. 
  • Passion for food, consumer trends, and brand building.

Location: This role is open to candidates in Minneapolis, MN. 

The expected salary for this position is approximately $80,000 to $90,000. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location, certifications, education, and level of experience. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal.
