Job Purpose and Impact

The E-Commerce Sales Support Representative will support sales process execution with new and existing pure play e-commerce customers to enable sales teams aligned with our commercial strategy. In this role, you will apply comprehensive and thorough knowledge of sales processes and retail media advertising to support the customer relationships for medium to large accounts to maximize efficiency and effectiveness for the Truvia sweetener and Diamond Crystal Salt CPG brands.

Key Accountabilities

  • Enable Amazon Account Manager with key process execution and sales activation including, but not limited to, routine operational initiatives for 1P and 3P Amazon accounts, Amazon Advertising execution, trend analysis, and ad hoc support.
  • Support the sales manager on developing strong customer relationships with new and existing pure play e-commerce accounts.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the sales processes are successfully completed accurately.
  • Monitor and ensure commercial data is accurate in our systems and administration tools.
  • Create customized reports for customers and track customer requests for defined business or areas as needed.
  • Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of two years of experience in retail media advertising or supporting e-commerce sales accounts

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of three years of experience in similar or related roles with a complex customer base
  • Amazon (1P or 3P) and/or Walmart Marketplace experience
  • CPG experience

Location: This position open to remote candidates in the US

The expected base salary for this position is approximately $69,000 to $90,000. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location, certifications, education, and level of experience. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal.
