This position is in Cargill’s protein and salt business, where we provide wholesome, high-quality food products to a wide range of customers, from foodservice operators and grocery stores to manufacturers and exporters.

We are recruiting professionals at different levels specialized in Supply Chain sector to our location Warsaw in Poland.

JOB PURPOSE
The Supply Chain Specialist is responsible for coordinating and performing administrative activities related to the implementation of concluded contracts and the flow of information related to it. In this position, you will work closely with internal departments of the company (administration, finance, purchasing, logistics, transport) as well as with external business partners.
KEY ACTIVITIES
- Review and verify incoming service invoices. Review and enter service charges and monitor, analyze and report expense variances with local stakeholders.
- Act as primary contact for all stakeholders. Collect data and generate regular reports to support business processes.
- Participate in local continuous improvement in the contract execution process and provide recommendations, ideas and plans to local and functional management.
- Provide data for local scorecard and related critical metrics for local business and team.
- Have in-depth understanding of the regulatory framework related to customs, import and export, as well as the excise matters and the related systems, in order to ensure all activities comply with regulations.
- Timely handle all claims towards counterparties leveraging available information.
- Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

QUALIFICATIONS
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Related work experience
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
- Good communication skills.
- Fluent in English and in local language (Polish).
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Work experience in supply chain/ transport/ logistics/ administation
- Experience working with SAP
