Long Description

A Typical Work Day May Include:

    • Manage/coordinate various storeroom functions, including work order repairs, issuing, receiving, cycle counting, kitting, inventory administration and computer catalog.
    • Material handling-including stocking/returns, pulling for work execution, delivering on site
    • Maintaining Safety & Food Safety storage requirements (including audits/audit checks).
    • Problem resolution with counterparts across the business unit, as well as vendors and procurement center (i.e., Best practice implementation, shared inventory, emergency backup as needed).
    • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. Special projects: inventory/supplier reductions, project work, safety/food safety, engagement teams, etc.

    What You Will Need:

      • Right to work in the U.S. that is not based solely on possession of a student visa or a visa sponsored by a third-party employer.
      • Cargill requires employees be a minimum of 18 years old to work in a production facility.
      • Must be able to read/write English.
      • Basic computer skills.
      • Must be able to perform physical job duties including bending/stooping and climbing ladders.
      • Ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds.
      • Must be able to operate machinery.

      Long Description

      What will put you ahead:

      • High School diploma or Equivalent.

      • Previous experience/knowledge using SAP inventory management system.

      • Forklift certified.

      • Prior experience in production related work.
