El(a) Operador(a) de Facturación y Bascula realizará una variedad de tareas de apoyo en uno de nuestros departamentos de contabilidad. Buscamos una persona orientada a los detalles con conocimientos básicos de negocios financieros para llevar a cabo tareas utilizando procedimientos estándar.

Responsabilidades Clave

  • Verificar la exactitud de las facturas y otros documentos o registros contables, incluidas las transacciones comerciales financieras detalladas.

  • Proporcionar servicio al cliente a clientes internos, proveedores y clientes.

  • Contribuir a implementar y desarrollar nuestras políticas de gestión de la información de registros y las mejores prácticas.

  • Introducir datos o utilizar herramientas tecnológicas para cargar datos en el sistema informático mediante programas informáticos definidos.

  • Compilar datos y preparar, revisar y auditar una variedad de informes.

  • Manejar problemas administrativos, técnicos o de atención al cliente moderadamente complejos bajo supervisión general, al tiempo que aumenta los problemas más complejos para el personal adecuado.

Calificaciones

  • Bachillerato en Educación Media o Ciencias y Letras o Equivalente.

  • Mínimo de dos años de experiencia laboral relacionada

Calificaciones Preferidas:

  • Manejo de paquete office.

  • Conocimientos del sistema SAP.

  • Conocimiento en conversiones (toneladas a Libras)

  • Pesante Universitario de la carrera en Administración de Empresas, Ing. Industrial o carrera a Fin
