This position is in Cargill’s agricultural supply chain business. We sit at the heart of the supply chain, partnering with farmers and customers to source, make and deliver essential products.
Job Purpose and Impact
The Senior Supply Chain Operations Representative will support a full scale of highly complex supply chain activities for a country or multi site team. In this role, you will proactively maintain an ongoing relationship with strategic stakeholders, coordinate and execute administrative activities for a subset of suppliers/customers/flows, focusing on activities related to contract execution, independently resolve complex issues, review and create moderately complex reports for analytics which supports continuous improvements.
Key Accountabilities
Be a driver of continuous improvement to understand metrics, gaps and losses, prevent and eliminate failure modes to result measurable improvements.
Be a key member of building process awareness, standardization and optimization. Support improvement projects requiring a comprehensive understanding of supply chain practices, procedures and data accuracy.
Be a center of expertise to independently solve or support team members to solve complex issues, handling escalation and process honoring.
Develop and maintain systems and strategic relationships in agricultural supply chain, as well as other databases related to shipments and inventory management.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Fluency in English
Demonstration of high level product and process knowledge
Minimum of two years of related work experience
Preferred Qualifications
Second European language- level B2
Lean 6 Sigma certification will be a strong advantage
Data analytical skills will be a strong advantage
