This position is in Cargill’s agricultural supply chain business. We sit at the heart of the supply chain, partnering with farmers and customers to source, make and deliver essential products.


Job Purpose and Impact

The Operations Support will be responsible for assisting key execution activities. Key tasks include data management, shipping documentation, vendor/agent communication, system support, and process execution.

Key Accountabilities

  • Maintain established relationships with small accounts, customers, clients, suppliers and other business partners.

  • Assist in executing pre and post loading processes.

  • Be first point of contact for port information, Vessel Database system support, main ERP systems data replication.

  • Workflow task support, assisting ops process execution. Data collection, reports and metrics.

  • Handle moderately complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under general supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma, secondary education level or equivalent

  • 1 year of working experience

  • Shipping industry knowledge: certified education : courses or min 3rd year in Shipping University
