O/A Procurement Sr Operation Buyer irá atuar na nossa unidade de Uberlândia no Capability Center, sendo responsável por realizar atividades de Procurement Operations nos pedidos, como: criação, modificação, contato com fornecedores para solicitar confirmações de pedidos e follow up de entrega. Suportar na resolução de problemas complexos, propor ideias para melhoria contínua dos processos da área com foco no alcance das metas propostas.

Key Accountabilities

  • Ajudar a equipe com melhorias no processo.
  • Verificar registros e arquivos para obter precisão, realizando análises complexas de dados.
  • Dar suporte ao usuário final referente ao processo de compra.
  • Lidar com questões complexas de suporte administrativo, técnico ou de cliente sob supervisão mínima, ao mesmo tempo em que escala apenas as questões mais complexas para a equipe apropriada.
  • Outros deveres como atribuído

Qualifications

  • Espanhol avançado – obrigatório
  • Pacote office intermediário - obrigatório
  • Experiência em atividades administrativas - obrigatório
  • Experiência com nota fiscal – desejável
  • Inglês intermediário – diferencial
