O(a) Procurement Operations Process Lead irá atuar na nossa unidade em Uberlândia/MG sendo o ponto principal de contato para a região LATAM North (Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Honduras, Guatemala, Colômbia e México), garantindo excelência operacional, governança de processos e suporte estratégico para Procurement Operations. A função conecta stakeholders, compradores e fornecedores, assegurando a continuidade das operações, conformidade dos processos e suporte em espanhol e inglês.

Key Accountabilities

  • Atuar como referência regional para Procurement Operations LATAM North.
  • Fornecer suporte a stakeholders, compradores, usuários finais e fornecedores em espanhol e inglês.
  • Conduzir treinamentos, onboarding, e compartilhamento de conhecimento com a equipe.
  • Apoiar a implementação de ferramentas, automações e iniciativas de Procurement.
  • Realizar análises de desempenho, indicadores, baseline e relatórios para suporte à tomada de decisão.
  • Garantir a conformidade dos processos por meio de auditorias preventivas e governança do processo P2O.
  • Aprovar Purchase Orders conforme procedimento padrão da área garantindo qualidade, compliance e governança dos processos
  • Atuar como ponto focal para escalonamentos e resolução de problemas.
  • Liderar iniciativas de adoção do Ariba Network, incluindo engajamento, treinamento e onboarding de novos fornecedores.
  • Desenvolver e manter atualizado a documentação, SOP e materiais de treinamento.

Qualifications

  • Idioma Inglês e Espanhol avançado ou fluente.
  • Experiência em Procurement, Supply Chain ou Operações - desejável
  • Conhecimento em análise de dados - desejável
  • Experiência em gestão de stakeholders e resolução de problemas -desejável
  • Experiência com SAP, Ariba ou ferramentas de Procurement é um diferencial
  • Experiência com processos Procure to Pay é um diferencial
