Nesta função, você resolverá problemas técnicos e de suporte ao cliente moderadamente complexos.

Key Accountabilities

•    Realizar processos de Procurement Operations, como: criação, modificação, confirmação de pedidos de compras e follow up de entrega.

•    Apoiar transações de compras garantindo a conclusão do processo de pedido em alinhamento com estratégias e políticas.

•    Dar suporte ao usuário final referente ao processo de compra.
•    Realizar tarefas administrativas em apoio a projetos de melhoria.
•    Realizar atendimento de demandas em cumprimento com o SLA estabelecido.
•    Lidar com questões de suporte administrativo, técnico ou de suporte ao cliente moderadamente complexas sob supervisão geral, ao mesmo tempo em que escala questões mais complexas para a equipe apropriada.
•    Outros deveres como atribuído.

Qualifications

  • Espanhol avançado - obrigatório
  • Pacote office intermediário - obrigatório
  • Experiência com nota fiscal - desejável
  • Inglês básico – desejável
  • Experiência em atividades administrativas - desejável
