Job Purpose and Impact

The Capability Development Analyst will identify and evaluate opportunities across multiple areas, collaborate and provide details to the respective stakeholders, potentially conduct presentation to the involved parties. In this role, you will perform significant analysis to identify and develop optimal benchmark models, track, collect and monitor various types of data related to capability development opportunities and transition.

Key Accountabilities

  • Develop and monitor capability development and transition analysis.
  • Plan and coordinate business reviews, resource allocations, organization structures and financial analysis.
  • Using significant analysis, identify and support strategic partnerships.
  • Data storytelling ability - present data insights in a compelling, narrative-driven format tailored to stakeholders.
  • Scenario Modeling & Forecasting Skills in building models to simulate different portfolio scenarios (e.g., resource constraints, budget shifts, risk impacts) or AML for Predictive Analytics.
  • Use machine learning to predict project delays, budget overruns, or resource bottlenecks.
  • Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Working experience with PowerBI.
  • Microsoft Excel – expert level.
  • Business Intelligence background.
  • Data visualization and presentation tools
  • Experience of the business needs into technical processes and tool usage, configurations, solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project Management Certification/ practitioner
  • Agile mindset – able to navigate in dynamic and ambiguous environment.
  • Proven experience in project management.
