A/O Auxiliar Administrativo irá atuar na planta de Food da Cargill em Uberlândia – MG, sendo responsável pelas atividades de atendimento de portaria na recepção do motorista e validação das informações de entrada, verificando a nota fiscal e posteriormente o lançamento do faturamento para o cliente final. Buscamos um(a) profissional que coordene, integre e implemente funções administrativas ou de pessoal atribuídas.

Key Accountabilities

  • Aplicar conhecimentos sobre operações de departamentos, políticas e procedimentos para a realização de processos administrativos.
  • Solicitar, coletar e organizar documentação e dados, realizando entrada de dados moderadamente complexa em um ou mais sistemas.
  • Receber e retransmitir mensagens e solicitações administrativas rotineiras.
  • Lidar com questões de suporte administrativo e de suporte ao cliente moderadamente complexas sob supervisão geral, ao mesmo tempo em que direciona questões mais complexas para a equipe apropriada.
  • Outros deveres como atribuído
