Senior Sales Manager
Job Purpose and Impact
The Sales Representative III will focus on a few of the company's large or very complex customers within a designated geographic territory or market. In this role, you will handle critical or complex products that require excellent client relationship skills to maintain competitive positioning.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop local business growth target, strategy & action plan for short, medium and long term. And seek for alignment with global category team and regional sales management.
- Meet & exceed annual sales budget, by total margin, as part of above action plan deliverables.
- Daily sales management, order checking, forecast, stock level, pricing management, etc.
- Develop long term strong client relationships that provide significant input to planning product, price and service strategies.
- Build a business plan for each account, including direct sales customers and distributors.
- Develop, manage and materialize opportunity pipelines to support continuous business growth.
- Coordinate use of resource to provide value added services to accounts, including but not limited to Technical, Supply Chain, Regulatory, etc.
- Support supervisor and other sales professionals in developing new market opportunities in the designated territory or market, including but not limited to market intelligence collection and sharing, new idea creation, regional account support in other countries, etc.
- Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, Master preferred, with 7-10 years working experiences. Can be extended per candidate’s other qualification.
- Background in chemical related field – preferred in Oleo Chemical, with experience / good understanding of chemistry & synthesis, formulation & performance. Preferred past working experience incl. Personal Care, Home Care, Fine Chemistry, Surfactants, etc.
- Expect a candidate with both technical and commercial experiences, if just one area then the other part will be checked during interview.
- Frequent English, both speaking and writing.
- Skillful in daily office softwares and sales tools
