Compensation: $20.50/hr

Principal Accountabilities

  • QA verification check and internal checks
  • Inspect raw product after unloading
  • Weigh raw product, create labels and store in coolers
  • Review paperwork and verify labeling is correct; keep inventories accurate
  • Responsible for paperwork and communication with drivers
  • Keep inventories accurate
  • Work with SAP & IPFS
  • Operate the Pallet Jack (PIT)
  • Other duties as required; must be able to rotate within the department and other areas when trailers are not scheduled

Required Qualifications

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must have good communication skills
  • Ability to perform basic math
  • Must be able to work flexible hours and/or shifts
  • Must be able to lift, bend, reach, and pull
  • Read, write, and comprehend English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous production/farm experience
  • Previous Cargill experience
  • Work history in the past 12 months
