Principal Accountabilities
Must be able to rotate all positions: Grinder Operator, Gravy, Mix injection, Brine, Tumbler and Spice Room. Set up machines, weigh, grinding, chopper, mixing, scales and to drive a jack. Set up and tear down equipment
Cross-trained within department as needed
Responsible for completion of paperwork and other miscellaneous duties
Also requires lifting, stooping, bending, reaching, pulling, and recording weights from scales
Ability to operate the IPFS system
Ability to perform multiple tasks
Work on the production line as needed
Ability to read and comprehend meat inventories and formulas for product
Ability to read specs
Must be able to rotate within the department and other departments
Complete SSOP paperwork daily
Required Qualifications
Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
Must be 18 years or older
Must be able to lift 50lbs
Ability to work flexible hours and/or shifts
Accuracy, precision, and dependability are a necessity
Must be a self-starter and have good communication skills
Must be a team player, but also must be able to work well alone
Must have good basic math and reading skills
Preferred Qualifications
Previous production/farm experience
Previous Cargill experience
Previous leadership experience
Work history in the past 12 months
