Job Purpose and Impact

運輸支持協調員將主動監控貨物的交付狀態，並將其傳達給銷售，客戶，承運人和其他利益相關者。在此角色中，您將收集和組織用於公司報告的資料，包括用於管理分析的指標和服務故障。

Key Accountabilities

  • 車輛調度及配送安排，協調司機、貨運業者及客戶交貨事宜，運費計算、運輸費用核對及請款作業，開立發票、出貨單及相關運輸文件。
  • 現場接聽來自客戶和運營商的呼入電話，評估資訊並採取適當的措施，包括向利益相關者提供相關詳細資訊。
  • 監控提貨和交付，向銷售和承運人傳達延誤和原因，處理退貨，轉移和訂單變更。
  • 追蹤配送狀況並處理異常案件，回應和解決日常物流問題。
  • 建立及維護物流相關報表，編制服務事件的文檔。
  • 協助客戶服務與處理客訴及主管交辦事項。
  • 配合公司物流作業流程改善及優化
  • 分配的其他職責

Qualifications

  • 大專及以上學歷
  • 物流管理、運輸管理、企業管理、國貿相關專業優先
  • 無經驗可，具物流、運輸、倉儲或調度相關工作經驗者佳
  • 英文具基本閱讀及書寫能力，可處理簡易郵件及文件
  • 熟悉 Excel、Word、Outlook
  • 具基本報表製作能力，具數字概念，可執行運費計算及帳務核對
  • 具良好溝通協調能力
  • 細心負責，能獨立處理發票及文件作業。
