Principal Accountabilities
- Identified birds will be removed from the line and or marked accordingly
- In the event that the VDT notifies you of rail dust, you must hang the bird in question on a stationary shackle and immediately ring the buzzer and notify a member of the Evis management team You must follow this process each time the USDA inspector notifies you of rail dust. Once the member of management verifies the rail dust, you will mark the appropriate number of marks for rail dust on your tally sheet
- If the tip of your knife is pointy/sharp, you need to report it to your lead/supervisor immediately and do not use the knife
Requirred Qualifications
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Must be 18 years or older
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous production experience
- Previous Cargill experience
- Current Work history in the past 12 month
