Job Purpose and Impact
The Junior Accountant, will support accounting services for selected processes and countries, which include accounting for administrative expenses, assist in payment processing, coordinate month end general ledger close, prepare balance sheet reconciliations and provide profit and loss analysis. In this role, you will act as a primary accountant for selected processes or partners in various countries.
Key Accountabilities
Ensure all internal controls and financial processes are followed and performed in a timely and accurate manner.
Complete activities within compliance of internal and external organizational and regulatory guidelines, policies and requirements.
Participate in process improvement projects, lead cross trainings of more junior associates and new team members and cross train with other team members to provide backup for critical tasks.
Drive financial reporting operational and improvement activities.
Take initiatives and provide support for multiple roles in the area of Record to Report.
Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Ability to handle tasks with conflicting priorities in a timely manner with required quality level in both a team environment and as an individual contributor.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning systems and processes.
Knowledge of shared service operations
Experience in finance operations with knowledge of Record to Report and related finance processes
