Job Purpose and Impact

The Continuous Improvement Senior Specialist will help identifying process improvement initiatives, analyze them and prepare the case for potential automation and process waste reduction. In this role, you will also conduct continuous improvement activities like KAIZEN workshops with medium project cost and risk for multiple locations

Key Accountabilities

• Identify process improvement opportunities and work with the relevant teams to deep dive on the process.
• Work with the Automation team to provide business requirements for developing sustainable solutions.
• Share and implement continuous improvement best practices across the other regions. 
• Participate actively in global continuous improvement projects. 
• Conduct organization readiness assessments, maturity assessments, value realization, opportunity prioritization, and execute continuous improvement strategies that meet business needs.
• Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of four years of related work experience
• Proficiency in English language

Preferred Qualifications

• Data Analysis
• Advanced understanding and working competence with MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, MS Word
• Basic understanding of Power Apps/Automate and/or RPA will be considered advantage
•  LSS Green belt or Black Belt Certification
• Project Management and/or Scrum Certification will be considered an advantage
