Over-all Job Objectives:  

Responsible for troubleshooting and preventive maintenance program on all equipment and plant facilities.  

Core Responsibilities:  

• Break down, periodic maintenance of production process equipment.  

• Maintain a preventive maintenance program for all production equipment and plant facilities.  

• Ensure good housekeeping, hygienic and safe work practices of work areas.  

• Strictly adhere to GMP / Food Safety policies.  

• Comply to the Environmental operational control work instructions.  

• Undertake any other duties as assigned by superiors from time to time.  

Job Specifications:  

• Able to work independently or group setting.  

• Fast learner.  

Key Deliverables:  

• Ensure all equipment are running smoothly.  

• Ensures all plant facilities are in good condition.  

• Ensures compliance to Good Manufacturing Practices and Integrated Management System.  

Competence Requirement:  

• Minimum NITEC/O level.
