E-commerce Manager
Job Purpose and Impact
The E-commerce Manager will help build and maintain customer relations with strategic accounts. In this role, you will help us identify and contact prospective customers, build relationships to generate future sales and repeat business, contribute to assessing customer needs and suggest appropriate products, services and solutions.
Key Accountabilities
- With guidance, help identify, develop and close new sales.
- Create demand for our products and services by raising their profile with customers.
- Cooperate with mainstream e-commerce platforms to achieve the company's performance targets.
- Monitor customer and competitor activity and industry trends.
- Participate in regular status and strategy meetings with customers' senior management to understand and meet their needs.
- Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum requirement of 5 years work experience with 2 years of relevant practice.
