Job Purpose and Impact
The Trade Execution Assistant, will support coordinating and planning import processes, customs documentation, shipping and receiving of foreign merchandise to ensure it arrives at correct time. In this role, you will provide administrative support to issuing import licenses and completing monetary transactions associated with the import in a timely manner.
Key Accountabilities
- Sales administration- order processing, payment coordination, documentation, Shipping/logistics issue handling.
- Work with customers and provide customer solutions in any operational issues as they arise.
- Collaborate with commercial staffs and foreign sales offices to process contracts and orders.
- Weekly/monthly sales status report and other related data management
- Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience (University level education or equivalent system)
- Fluent in native Korean language
- Adequate business English communication skills, including reading / writing and listening comprehension
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of work experience
- Strong numerical accuracy and proficiency in using Excel spreadsheet software for data analysis and management
- Excellent knowledge and experience in the use of SAP, Microsoft Office and Internet applications
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Fluent in business English communication skills, including reading / writing and listening comprehension
- Previous experience in international trade, export/import customer service, sales admin and or logistics role would be highly advantageous
- Experience in global / International business experience highly advantageous
