Job Purpose and Impact
The Receptionist & Hospitality Host performs routine front of house and occupant facing service activities across corporate office environments. Working under general supervision, this job supports reception, business centers, amenities and workplace services following established procedures and service standards. This job assists in service delivery activities and escalates service issues to support consistent workplace experience and operational continuity.

Key Accountabilities
- OCCUPANT EXPERIENCE & FRONT OF HOUSE SERVICES: Assists with front of house operations including reception services, guest reception and hosting, business centers, meeting room booking management and workplace amenities to support occupant experience. Manages mail and courier services, receives and transfers phone calls and supports parking management activities.
- SERVICE DELIVERY COORDINATION: Assists in tenant service activities such as event support and workplace services following defined procedures and escalating issues.
- VENDOR SERVICES MANAGEMENT: Assists with vendor coordination and confirms service completion following established processes.
- SERVICE QUALITY MANAGEMENT: Assists in tracking service requests and user feedback and reports service issues.
- BUDGET MANAGEMENT: Assists with basic expense tracking and administrative support activities.
- OPERATIONAL CONTINUITY & CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION: Supports coordination with internal teams and vendors and escalates issues to maintain service continuity.
Qualifications
- Minimum requirement of 2 years of relevant work experience in an international environment. Typically reflects 3 years or more of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Fluent in English and Dutch.
- Readiness to work fully onsite at the Schiphol office.
- Willingness to become a member of the emergency response team.
