Strategic Revenue Management Director

Job Purpose and Impact
The Strategic Revenue Management Director job will define and lead the Pricing and Revenue Management agenda across Food Latin America,leading the future of profitable growth across the region. This role will drive sustainable, profitable growth by developing pricing strategies, optimizing customer and portfolio profitability, strengthening commercial decision-making, and building best-in-class Revenue Management capabilities across the region, and leading the long-term value creation agenda to maximize sustainable business performance.
Key Accountabilities
- Lead the regional Revenue Management and Pricing strategy, governance, and long-term value creation roadmap.
- Develop fact based customer profitability frameworks and decision support tools by fully understanding customer, channel, category and product margin drivers and developing recommendations to improve customer mix, channel mix and commercial investments.
- Lead and coordinate collaboration with key internal partners to align regional and country priorities, establish pricing and revenue management governance and improve segmentation, market insights, commercial guardrails, customer requirements and value added services.
- Direct customer negotiations with pricing recommendations, profitability analysis and market insights, monitors cost and price dynamics across regional and global markets and guides commercial teams toward proactive selling, margin optimization and improved value realization.
- Build and oversee pricing and revenue performance reporting, analytics and decision support processes to monitor price realization, gross margin, customer profitability, revenue growth, mix performance and trade investment effectiveness and translate data into actionable commercial recommendations.
- Lead market pricing research, competitive intelligence and analysis of pricing elasticity, volume impacts and revenue growth opportunities and develop pricing strategies that improve sustainable profitability and competitive positioning.
- Develop and implement continuous improvements to pricing and revenue management processes, governance frameworks and ways of working to improve quality, delivery efficiency and integration with adjacent commercial and business planning processes across regional markets.
- Lead the development and implementation of value based pricing strategies, pricing architecture, price recommendations, discount frameworks, trade expenditure policies and portfolio optimization approaches, including price pack architecture, mix management, segmentation and controlled pricing pilots.
- Provide strategic leadership, development and talent management activities for direct reports and their organizations, which may include forecasting resource needs, recruiting, hiring, performance management, training and budgeting. You will also collaborate with managers and supervisors in your organization to ensure staff selections align with current and future needs.

Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum requirement of 10 years of experience in Pricing, Revenue Management, Finance or related leadership roles. Typically reflects 12 years or more of relevant experience.
- Strong track record driving profitable growth, pricing strategy, margin optimization, and business transformation.
- Fluency in English and Intermediate Spanish level. Portuguese is a complement
- Exceptional analytical, financial, and executive communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders across complex organizations.
Preferred
- Experience in FMCG, Food, Ingredients, or B2B industries is highly valued.
- Commercial Excellence, Strategic Marketing, or related commercial leadership roles
