3PL/Toll Warehouse Manager
Job Purpose and Impact
The Toll Warehouse Manager will lead all aspects of the activities of the distribution center, including receiving, delivering and controlling merchandise. In this role, you will handle the storage and movement of materials and finished goods including shipping and receiving, warehousing, filling orders, controlling inventory, handling records and dispatching.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop and maintain budgets and maintain safety, security and inventory control programs.
- Properly maintain distribution center facilities and equipment and propose improvements to optimize distribution.
- Develop transport schedules, methods and routes and analyze and project transportation costs.
- Evaluate, select and build effective relationships with external transport providers and acquired manage fleet vehicles.
- Coordinate customs clearances and permits.
- Lead and develop a team, coach and make decisions related to talent management, hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions.
- Other duties as assigned

- Two years of extensive experience
- Has experience Negotiation
- Network Distribution (Distribution Resource Planning)
- Continous/Process Improvement
- Stakeholder Management (Trucker, Customer, Functions)
- Has a Knowledge in Regulatory and Industry Best practices
