Shift Available: Day
Compensation: $23/hr. up to $26/hr. based on experience

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Production Reconciliation, preparing, receiving paperwork
  • Data entry to our computer systems
  • Work closely with the production facility, plant personnel and Consultants on Customer concerns, issues, complaints
  • Reconciliation of process sheets related to inventory management
  • Support of clerical tasks related to the plant
  • Communicate with trucking companies for delivering our products and bringing in ingredients
  • Understanding on how to invoice and place orders
  • Understanding and adhering to all safety rules and regulations
  • Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
  • Working with new and existing employees
  • Managing supplies
  • Organizing company events
  • Organizing community activities
  • Some accounting functions needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
  • Cargill requires employees be a minimum of 18 years old to work in a production facility
  • At least 1 years of administrative experience
  • Ability to understand and communicate in English(verbal/written)
  • Ability to use a computer and including proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft office software, with an emphasis on Excel and Word
  • Ability to work overtime including holidays, nights, weekends, or different shifts with advance notice

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED equivalent 
  • Knowledge of the feed business and its logistical systems
  • Knowledge in SAP or CMMS computer systems
