Compensation: $23/hr. up to $26/hr. based on experience

Principal Accountabilities:
- Production Reconciliation, preparing, receiving paperwork
- Data entry to our computer systems
- Work closely with the production facility, plant personnel and Consultants on Customer concerns, issues, complaints
- Reconciliation of process sheets related to inventory management
- Support of clerical tasks related to the plant
- Communicate with trucking companies for delivering our products and bringing in ingredients
- Understanding on how to invoice and place orders
- Understanding and adhering to all safety rules and regulations
- Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
- Working with new and existing employees
- Managing supplies
- Organizing company events
- Organizing community activities
- Some accounting functions needed
- Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Cargill requires employees be a minimum of 18 years old to work in a production facility
- At least 1 years of administrative experience
- Ability to understand and communicate in English(verbal/written)
- Ability to use a computer and including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Working knowledge of Microsoft office software, with an emphasis on Excel and Word
- Ability to work overtime including holidays, nights, weekends, or different shifts with advance notice
Preferred Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED equivalent
- Knowledge of the feed business and its logistical systems
- Knowledge in SAP or CMMS computer systems
