Job Purpose and Impact

The BOSC Plant Finance Enterprise Manager will lead a team of plant finance analyst, to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of day to day activities. In this role, you will provide support and oversight to establish and maintain accounting policies and financial controls as well as prepare financial analysis, reports and safeguard the organization's assets. The role relates to major food manufacturing plant in Słupca (+ 800 employees). We are offering permanent role. 

Key Accountabilities

• Act as a head of the plant finance department in the Słupca manufacturing plant. 
• Act as a point of contact for the finance matters to the Supply Chain and Manufacturing Operations and other finance stakeholders.
• Perform finance and operational analyses to improve plant efficiency and cost effectiveness. 
• Execute and develop finance and accounting policies and procedures.
• Lead all aspects of the day-to-day finance management operations required to support the business.
• Coordinate finance analysis that are executed by other analysts.
• Apply comprehensive understanding of accounting, cost controlling and finance analysis practices to guide direct reports. 
• Lead and develop a team, coach and make decisions related to talent management, hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions. 
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum four years of directly related work experience.
• English conversational level. 
• Fluency in Polish.
• Extensive knowledge in managerial accounting, finance accounting and controlling.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Two years of supervisory experience.
