Propósito e Impacto del Trabajo

El trainee formará parte del equipo comercial responsable de la originación de granos y oleaginosas, contribuyendo a la ejecución de estrategias comerciales, logísticas y de abastecimiento para las plantas de la región.

Responsabilidades Principales

  • Participar en actividades de originación de granos.
  • Apoyar la ejecución logística y el cumplimiento de contratos.
  • Colaborar en la ejecución del Business Plan.
  • Analizar la oferta y demanda regional.
  • Monitorear movimientos de mercado y comportamiento de competidores.
  • Gestionar información estratégica mediante herramientas digitales e inteligencia artificial.
  • Interactuar con brokers, clientes y áreas de soporte.

Requisitos

  • Graduación entre enero de 2025 y diciembre de 2026
  • Comercialización, Ingeniería Agronómica, Ingeniería Industrial, Estadística o carreras afines.
  • Inglés bilingüe.
  • Portugués deseable.
  • Excel avanzado.
  • Fuerte capacidad analítica y orientación al negocio.
