Join our growing team as we begin #buildingthefutureofcanola in the Regina.  Located in the Global Transportation hub, our new state-of-the-art facility is projected to have an annual production capacity of 1 million metric tonnes and will provide a consistent and fast point of delivery for farmers and end users.

Shift Available: Dayshift (4 x 10-hour days)
Pay Rate Range: $45-54.50/hr 
Sign on Bonus Available
Relocation Assistance: Relocation maybe provided to Regina, SK for this position.

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Install, repair, rebuild, and troubleshoot production equipment including pumps, bucket elevators, drag conveyors, motors, mixers, augers, hydraulics and pneumatics.
  • Perform scheduled preventative and predictive maintenance on plant assets.
  • Document completed work, equipment findings and parts information as required.
  • Maintain shop tools and maintenance areas in a neat and clean condition.
  • Interacting regularly with peers and management to pursue continuous improvement of facility operations and promote a teamwork focused environment 
  • Understanding and adhering to all safety rules and regulations 

Basic Requirements:

  • Must be legally entitled to work for Cargill in Canada.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Interprovincial red seal journeyman millwright trade certification.
  • Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written).
  • Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting safely, with or without a reasonable accommodation.
  • Must be able to ascend and descend stairs, ladders, etc., to work in elevated areas of the plant, and must be able to work in confined spaces. 
  • Ability to be on-call with advance notice
  • Ability to work overtime including weekends with advance notice
  • Basic use of a computer.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior production or plant environment experience an asset.
  • Experience in a production and/or similar environment 
  • Experience within the agricultural or crush industry
