Job Purpose and Impact

Responsible for managing and developing strategic relationships with key distributors, combining commercial, technical, and account management skills. Your goal will be to drive sales growth through collaborative work plans aligned with clear KPIs in the food ingredients sector.

Key Accountabilities

- Design and implement joint work plans with distributors, including clear goals such as increased sales, regional penetration, and new customer development.
- Train and advise distributors on technical aspects of ingredients such as starches, fats, oils, pectins, and sweeteners.
- Monitor distributors' commercial performance using defined KPIs and generate follow-up reports.
- Identify business opportunities in key markets and coordinate entry or expansion strategies.
- Conduct technical and commercial presentations to end customers together with distributors.
- Proactively resolve operational and commercial issues, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, technical, logistics) to ensure effective strategy execution.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, distributor management, or key account management.
  • Proven technical knowledge of food ingredients.
  • Experience developing sales plans with distributors.
  • Strategic thinking and results-orientation.
  • Effective communication with diverse teams and technical clients.
  • Negotiation and conflict management skills.
  • Advanced english
