Job Purpose and Impact
The Travel Agent Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily travel operations and supervising a team of travel agents delivering end-to-end travel services, including air, hotel, and ground transportation bookings. This role ensures high-quality, compliant, and consistent service delivery aligned with company travel policies, service level agreements (SLAs), and regional sourcing strategies, while leading, coaching, and developing the team to meet operational and service excellence goals and fostering a collaborative, high-performing work environment.
Key Accountabilities
- Execute medium and high complex individual travel sourcing activities related to travel services, including air, ground transportation and related travel categories.
- Monitor service performance metrics such as accuracy, responsiveness, and customer satisfaction, and implement improvements as needed.
- Manage relationships with travel management companies (TMCs), airlines, hotels, and other suppliers to ensure service quality and compliance.
- Support the implementation of regional sourcing strategy and support the implementation of global sourcing decisions impacting travel operations and service delivery.
- Deliver comprehensive understanding of regional travel spend, stakeholder needs and procurement landscape finding opportunities for optimization and cost efficiency.
- Handle work schedules and coverage plans to ensure continuity of travel support services, including high volume periods and critical traveler needs.
- Responsible for personnel decisions related to hiring, performance and disciplinary actions for your direct reports.
- Work closely with regional and global teams to ensure alignment in service delivery.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience in travel operations, travel agency, or corporate travel management
- Minimum one year of directly related work experience
- Advanced English (required)
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of related work experience
- One year of supervisory experience or team leadership experience.
- Experience with travel sourcing, procurement, or supplier management.
- Proficiency in Global Distribution Systems (GDS), preferably Sabre
- Strong understanding of travel booking processes and service delivery standards.
