Job Purpose

The San Jose Billing Analyst will assist in handling order and trade settlement to cash activities and assist in processing invoices and credit notes and assist other billing activities.

Key Accountabilities

  • Assist in handling invoices and related transactions.
  • Participate in performing new business migration activities and processes.
  • Nurture relationships with peers and colleagues and participate in special projects to drive efficiency.
  • Verify the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records, including detailed financial business transactions.
  • Provide Customer service to different stakeholders
  • Foster relationships with staff and handle queries in a timely manner.
  • Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
  • Other duties as assigned #LI-Hybrid

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Good Microsoft Office skills (email, word, excel)
  • Good communication skills in English B1-B2 (oral-written)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with supply chain activities in an enterprise resource planning applications
  • Knowledge of enterprise resourse systems and experience in system implementations (SAP and AS400)
