Job Purpose and Impact

The CTC Sr. Credit Analyst will perform moderately complex credit activities. In this role, you will handle accounts and maintain data, counterparty portfolio relations and credit reporting. You will help develop, recommend and implement the controls and cost effective approaches to minimize the organization's risks.

Key accountabilities

  • Review credit proposals to guarantee accurate decision making by leaders in accordance to guidelines, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies.
  • Perform credit analysis on new and existing customers
  • Monitor counterparties and anticipate the potential impact of market events on the business environment.
  • Maintain close communication with the shared services operation for appropriate implementation of risk mitigation.
  • Management and revision of OHR queue and quick action and resolution on OHR requests
  • Ensure accurate reporting of exposures within approved limits.
  • Monitor and implement continuous improvement practices in existing processes and methodologies.
  • Research credit history (i.e., collect personal or business data for analysis, run credit reports, etc.).
  • Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of two years of related work experience
  • Experience in handling reports and delivering information to external stakeholders
  • Experience in credit analysis, credit release, customer portfolio management
  • Intermediate English
  • Advanced Excel
  • SAP / JDE
