Warehouse Operation and Supply Chain Specialist
Job Purpose and Impact
The Warehouse Operation and Supply Chain Specialist will handle basic challenges of the warehouse, logistics, and support customer service area. In this role, you will execute all warehouse and customer facing projects to improve responsiveness, service level, and customer experience. This role will work closely with logistics operator, customer, and internal stakeholder to identify needs, deploy solutions, and utilize data and reporting to track on performance of warehouse and customer service verticals.
Key Accountabilities
- Plan and continuously revise the stock occupation plan for manufactured product and packaging materials and production supplies.
- Monitor stock occupation in order to signal to leadership possible risks or opportunities for improvement.
- Carry out stock movement investigations and analysis and report out the divergences and adjustments required.
- Monitor and report the evolution of shelf life and retained stocks.
- Support the logistics operator in the investigation of any irregularities and events that directly impact our results, such as non compliance, customer audits or shipping errors.
- Bring the voice of the customer related to Supply Chain service level and complaints through analysis of service level performance and customer satisfaction survey.
- Execute customer service strategies, including execute customer service projects with quality and speed to support commercial priorities.
- Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Other minimum qualifications may apply
Preferred Qualifications
- Have around 5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, and/or customer service
- Strong in data analysis and enjoy working with data, Power BI
- Have background in animal feed industry or commodity business process/high throughput warehouse operations would be an advantage
- Able to handle conflict effectively and demonstrate a strong persuasive skill
- Experience using functional Supply Chain expertise to deploy best in class customer solutions
- Able to work comfortably with diverse group of people
- Able to drive decisions to win with customers and support business group
