Job Purpose and Impact

Lab Analyst tests and conducts analysis of materials and products using defined procedures and specifications to ensure results are aligned with specifications with general guidance. In this role, you will test and conduct analysis of raw materials, materials in process and finished product to ensure products are in line with predetermined specifications.

Key Accountabilities

  • Collect, measure and weigh samples of materials of multiple different products based off based of defined procedures specifications.
  • Test and conduct analysis of raw materials, in process and finished product using defined procedures and specifications.
  • Complete documentation and maintain records testing results under general guidance.
  • Identify and share opportunities for process improvement.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area through knowledge and practice of safe and efficient food and safety practices.
  • Understand and adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
  • Input analysis results and perform QC transactions in SAP dan work in a shift schedule.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry/Pharmacy/Food Technology/Biology, other relevant scientific disciplines / other relevant sciences.
  • Has minimum of 1 year of experience in lab analysis.
  • Computer Experience.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Hands‑on experience in analytical laboratory work, including both wet chemistry and instrumental analysis.  
  • Strong understanding of analytical methods, quality control principles, and validation protocols. 
  • Familiarity with ISO 17025, GMP, GLP, or HACCP laboratory quality systems, GLP/Good Laboratory Practices.
  • Has minimum of 1 year of experience working in a production or plant environment
  • Understand and communicate in English.
