RDPO Supervisor
Job Purpose and Impact
The RDPO Supervisor will responsible for road, drains, bridges, culverts, signage installation/construction and maintenance to ensure standardization, consistent, safe and efficient work quality and processes throughout all CTP locations.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop knowledge of current and foundational civil, structural and architectural engineering, policies, procedures and job aids.
- Assist in the execution of identifying, monitoring and implementing civil, structural and architectural engineering standards, policies, procedures and job aids.
- Deploy and Supervise road construction assets and associated employees (or contractors) to construct new roads and associated drains according to SOP/technical specification of RDPO
- Deploy, supervise and maintain road and associated drains signage according to SOP/technical specification of RDPO.
- Execute road and associated drains construction and maintenance work in accordance with daily, monthly and annual plan established between RDPO Manager and EM, CE & CEM.
- Ensure assets used in road and associated drains construction and maintenance are adequately maintained in accordance with established SOP.
- Ensure employees (or contractors) involved in road and associated drains construction and maintenance work are adequately trained and equipped, suitably proficient to carry out the scope of their work in a safe and efficient manner.
- Monitor, track and report audit control mechanisms to identify inefficiencies and to deliver improvements.
- Perform basic safety compliance tasks aligned with all applicable regulations.
- Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree
- Advance computer skills - Ms. Office (Ms. Word , excel, power point etc)
- Experience in planning routine maintenance schedule and reports.
- Has the ability to process and analyze data.
- Preferable those who have work experience in the field of care and maintenance , especially in road construction and maintenance
- Other minimum qualifications may apply
Preferred Qualifications
- Intermediate project management skills
- Strong technical and mathematical skills
- Demonstrated working knowledge of technical standards, principles, theories, concepts and techniques
