Compensation: $22.00/hr 
Sign-on Bonus: $2,000


Job Overview
The Grain Plant Operator supports daily grain handling operations by safely receiving, storing, drying, cleaning, and shipping bulk commodities. In this role, you will operate equipment, complete inspections, and maintain accurate documentation while ensuring product quality and consistent material flow. You will work in a fast-paced agricultural environment that requires strong attention to safety, teamwork, and operational discipline.

What You Will Do
• Performing facility operations such as receiving and shipping products, which may include fertilizer, chemicals, seed, and grain.
• Basic maintenance and operator care of equipment to ensure ongoing facility operations.
• Providing excellent customer service and engaging with team members.
• Understanding and adhering to all safety rules and regulations.
• Maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays.
• Perform other duties as assigned. 

What You Will Need
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written).
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in cold or warm production settings, including in guarded areas at heights ranging from 4 to 150 feet, while wearing required PPE and performing physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs., climbing, bending, and twisting, with or without reasonable accommodation.
