1.2027届本科及以上学历毕业生，理工科专业优先；

2.对大宗商品行业及供应链运作模式充满兴趣，愿意深入了解物流、运营及风险管理等环节；

3.具备较强的数据分析能力和结构化思维，能够通过数据发现问题并推动改善；

4.具备优秀的问题解决能力和跨团队协作意识，能够与业务、运营及外部合作伙伴高效协同；
