Principal Accountabilities 

  • Accountable for shortages and overages
  • Assist crew with loading after order is pulled
  • Work in Receiving/Shipping/Pre-Price as needed
  • Housekeeping on dock and in freezers
  • Rotate working on loading dock with crew Members
  • Pull all loads in a timely manner
  • Communicate with Coordinator to ensure load discrepancies are at a minimum
  • Cargill certified and licensed on PIT equipment
  • Positive attitude and team focused
  • Detail Oriented
  • Dependable


Required Qualifications 

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Good communication skills – verbal and written
  • Demonstrate basic math skills and be familiar with the use of computers
  • Ability to lift 60 -70 lbs. to heights of 80 inches throughout each day
  • Ability to work flexible hours (come in early or stays late, including Saturdays when needed)


Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience operating a Forklift 
  • Previous Cargill Experience
