Job Purpose and Impact

The Senior Organization Effectiveness Consultant, will help key leaders design strategies pertaining to team effectiveness, future of work initiatives, culture and voice of employee. In this role, you will support the leaders in the deployment of the domain initiatives to appropriate key stakeholders. You will partner with essential teams to define metrics and key performance indicators, monitor performance and leverage feedback to continuously improve processes, programs and strategies. 

Key Accountabilities

  • Partner with key teams and support the leader to develop and deploy surveys to capture the voice of employee, ensure incorporation of the voice of the region on initiative development, co define metrics and key performance indicators, monitor engagement metrics for the workforce and synthesize data.
  • Act as subject authority and partner with leaders to co design the future of work strategy, conduct research on skills, workforce, and workplace trends to stay up to date on market conditions and leverage research and metrics to inform improvement and provide consultation on evolving ways of working.
  • Partner with the leaders and across the center of expertise to define the skills and capabilities company leaders and employees need to develop and workforce shifts that need to happen to get to the shift in culture.
  • Partner with the essential leaders to create and implement a comprehensive strategy for the team effectiveness capability within the company.
  • Partner with domain leaders and across domain capabilities to help provide the necessary tools, resources and training to up skill leaders on team effectiveness, voice of employee and frameworks.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to deploy and monitor team effectiveness.
  • Create centralized thought leadership for organizational effectiveness and future of work that can be leveraged by the company’s leaders.
  • Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent 
  • Strong related work experience
  • Fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional certification in human resources, organizational effectiveness
