Job Purpose and Impact

The Agri Retail SMT Lead will develop the strategy and lead all aspects of the execution of product line activities for the animal feed portfolio in the Mexican Agri Retail channel. In this role, you will direct a team that designs and implements a comprehensive product marketing cycle and identify market potential, develop portfolio value proposition, establish pricing and market strategies, estimate potential sales, assure financial performance and handle product through phase out.

Key Accountabilities

  • Advise on the preparation and coordination of product innovations, introductions and updates.
  • Direct compiling and evaluating research on market product requirements and identify enhancements to current features and functionality.
  • Land in market customer insight.
  • Lead Portfolio value proposition development.
  • Monitor program planning with customers to identify manufacturing schedules, goals, design criteria, costs and similar considerations.
  • Plan, organize and coordinate assigned complex programs to accomplish financial and budgetary goals.
  • Maximizing financial performance for the organization.
  • Develop plans and deliver results in a fast-changing business or regulatory environment, while leading and developing a team of experienced professionals and supervisors, coaching and making decisions related to talent management & performance.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of six years of related work experience
  • Other minimum qualifications may apply

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of supervisory experience
  • Marketing / sales experience​.
  • Financial experience
