Job Purpose and Impact

In this diverse HR operations role, you will provide support in the day-to-day operations of the HR department; supporting payroll, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, effectively maintaining policies & employee data, providing guidance on people related matters and effective HR administration management.

Key Accountabilities

  • Utilises a general understanding of HR principles and practices to understand business imperatives and people impacts
  • Assists the HR team with people matters including payroll, wellbeing initiatives, training, HR queries, onboarding and strategic projects
  • Implements proactive, innovative, and customer-oriented HR solutions for stakeholders.
  • Supports in routine compliance related activities including, payroll, HR audits, regulatory reports and invoicing
  • Support local and APAC HR projects

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in HR areas such as payroll, local training delivery, employee engagement, and HR communications
  • Ability to manage HR people queries and administration tasks
  • Experience of working within a diverse business ideally within a large organisation to deliver HR solutions
  • Demonstrated experience positively influencing and collaborating with business and HR leaders
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise work with a focus on delivering for stakeholders
