Job Purpose and Impact:

As part of the Europe, Middle East and Africa Manufacturing & Supply Chain Talent Acquisition team, the Talent Acquisition Consultant utilizes a consultative and strategic approach to support full cycle recruiting, sourcing, assessment and selection processes in order to recruit top talent in a cost-effective manner and add value to the organization. Under limited supervision, this job performs moderately complex recruiting activities, ensuring compliance and efficiency while providing an excellent candidate experience and driving the organization’s brand as an employer of choice. 

Key Accountabilities:

  • STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT & EXECUTION: Develops and executes recruiting strategies by researching and applying understanding of the manufacturing and supply chain recruiting industry trends and best practices, labor market research and competitive intelligence, and recruiting tools and technology systems.
  • RECRUITING SERVICES: Provides moderately complex full cycle recruiting services including candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection processes, offer management, process documentation, compliance management and status communication with candidates and hiring managers across the EMEA region, with special focus in France and Spain.
  • BUSINESS PARTNERSHIP: Partners with the business on recruiting and sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, metrics and analytics, position responsibilities and forecasting.
  • RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT: Develops and maintains internal and external relationships related to the recruitment process, including hiring managers, human resources and talent acquisition professionals, industry contacts and candidates.
  • LEGAL REQUIREMENTS: Ensures recruiting policies and processes comply with legal requirements and organizational standards.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Minimum requirement of 2 years of relevant work experience. Typically reflects 3 years or more of relevant experience.
  • Fluency in English, Dutch and French.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Confirmed experience in talent acquisition activities such as candidate pipeline development, research, talent attraction and recruitment processes, ideally for the Manufacturing & Supply Chain job families.
  • Confirmed experience in talent acquisition digital tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter and SuccessFactors Recruiting Module. 
  • Any other European language is a plus, preferably Spanish.
