This position is in Cargill’s protein and salt business, where we provide wholesome, high-quality food products to a wide range of customers, from foodservice operators and grocery stores to manufacturers and exporters.

Propósito

El Agente Televenta apoyará al personal en la venta telefónica a clientes nuevos y existentes, vendiendo directa o indirectamente a través de diversos canales de venta. En este rol, ayudará a evaluar las necesidades de los clientes y sugerirá productos, servicios y soluciones apropiados, con orientación.

Responsabilidades Clave

  • Realizar a través de llamadas el seguimiento a los clientes.

  • Verificar stock e inventario; obtener pedidos de productos.

  • Colocar la venta mediante llamada telefónica

  • Revisar el inventario en SAP, validación de códigos de productos

  • Validación de colocación de pedidos

  • Fidelización de clientes nuevos y existentes creando una experiencia en negociación.

  • Manejar problemas administrativos, técnicos o de atención al cliente complejos bajo una supervisión mínima, mientras escala solo los problemas más complejos al personal apropiado.

  • Otras funciones asignadas.

Calificaciones

Minimas

  • Bachiller en Educación Media o Estudiante avanzado de la carrera en Administración de Empresas, Ventas, Mercadeo o carrera a fin.
  • Mínimo de cuatro años de experiencia en centro de atención telefónica o televenta

Calificaciones Preferidas:

  • Manejo de SAP
  • Manejo de Salesforce
  • Excel básico
